My roadmaps for process management include specific measurement points that enable continuous performance tracking against established targets, allowing for data-informed course corrections throughout the implementation journey. With these roadmaps, I implement an iterative 'customer first' methodology that divides complex transformations into manageable segments that align with dependencies from any and all impacted stakeholders. This process comes with comprehensive stakeholder influence maps to identify key decision-makers, potential advocates, and sources of resistance. I then design the implementation components to include early wins strategically positioned to build momentum and demonstrate value, converting skeptics into advocates during the early phases of implementation and lasting well after projects have completed. This allows the higher organization to maintain focus on the strategic objectives rather than tactically completing implementation tasks.
